To start tracking seasonal changes in plants and animals, you first need to create a free Nature’s Notebook account. You can access Nature’s Notebook by downloading the free app on your mobile device, or through any web browser.

When creating an account, you will be asked for a username and a screen name. Your username is private, while your screen name will be shown to others in your Program (if you are part of one) and when you post in the Nature’s Notebook Community Forum. For your privacy, only a user ID number will be displayed with publicly-available Nature’s Notebook data.
